Early pregnancy insomnia
Anyone else deal with this? I found out I was pregnant a week ago and the last few nights I have been waking up and have not been able to go back to sleep. It’s currently 3:59 am and I’ve been up since 1:50 😩 I don’t remember this with my other pregnancies. I have a 2 yr old and a 3 yr old little boys and a demanding job, this momma needs her sleep! 😴😭😩
