Miscarriage no pain or bleed

So i was over the moon when had faint positives all week after trying for 4.5 years had to go for an early scan to check wasnt in my tubes couldnt see anythin on the scan today but because i had a positive pregnancy test at the clinic today they drew my blood which unfortunately come back as less than a 2 :( had no cramps bleeding or anythin just got to wait for the next af to arrive has anyone experienced this?
