OPKs tell you you're going to ovulate but BBT confirms after its happened which is why its best to do both. You can ovulate up to 36hrs after a positive test and BBT needs 3 temps higher than previous 6. You may try and ovulate with positive opk but don't and will gear up to ovulate later or not at all. Depends on what your temp does but ovulation hasn't been confirmed yet

Hmmm, it’s bizarre that you don’t have a cover line yet. Are you using OPK’s to track LH surge?
