Freezing- worsening raynauds?

For the past few weeks, around the same time, I get really uncomfortably cold. To the point I can’t move and I become really irritable. The thermostat stays on 70°. I wear hoodies in 90° weather. Ive tried putting on layers of clothing, and would have on 4 tops, including a thick sweater over a hoodie, 2 pairs of fleece leggings, with fuzzy pj joggers over them- yet I would still be cold and have goosebumps all over me. A few times I end up taking an almost scalding hot bath and sit in it for about an hour until my body finally starts warming up. Well, yesterday when it happened, I checked my temp and it was 96.8°F. My temperature usually runs around 98.4-98.6°.

Im going to the doctor first thing Monday and I’m going to mention it. I have Raynauds syndrome, I’m sure that plays a part, but it’s never been this bad. It used to be just the bottom of my feet would turn ice cold, painful, and the skin would be pale white, while now, it’s starting to appear on my knees, and I noticed in the mirror a few days ago that it’s also affecting my face now as I had white pale places on my forehead.

Anyone else experience this? Or know what’s causing it and what I can expect a doctor to do to treat it? (I’m 28 and lost quite a bit of weight last year due to grief and currently weighing about 115 if that helps anyone answer my question.)
