I have been having this come out randomly since last week this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks , I’m not sure if it’s my mucus plug more part of it or what ? I do cramp , & have mild contractions but nothing consistent , I’m 37w3d today , I have been eating fresh pineapples & doing labor workouts for the past 2 days I was 1cm last week & as of the 26th of August I was 3cm . I need help cause I haven’t had a bloody show yet .

also this is my 4th pregnancy . I should know these things but my other pregnancies the plug just came out in one piece .
