High white blood cells during pregnancy ?

Did anyone else have this and what could it be ? I see my Dr on Monday

Totally normal for WBC to be a little high during pregnancy. My brother is an immunologist so I sent him my blood test results last time when mine were slightly high. He said if it was something worrisome it would be extremely high like off the charts in the thousands not just a little bit higher than the range.

Yup! My white blood cell count was high at 27 weeks.
My OB said it’s normal during pregnancy as your body creates more white blood cells to fight potential infection to protect the baby!
