Can I be 4 weeks if my result in clearblue says 3+?

I went yesterday to the obgyn appointment and I was measuring 4 weeks with a sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole, I just took right now a clearblue test and it was 3+... for sure is that I am 4 weeks since conception but I know we have to add one or two weeks, so I have to be six by now but since yesterday apparently I am only 4 and I have to wait two more weeks to see the dr again and see if we can see something... sooooo nervous and loosing hope on this.

Anyone?
