Flex Disc

Does anyone here use the Flex Disc? I’ve been seeing advertisements for it and it has piqued my interest but I’m concerned with cramping around the cervix and I also have short arms and have always had difficulty placing the Nuvaring properly so wondering if that would cause issues with proper placement or removal?
