Progress please 🤞

Last week I was closed up with a posterior cervix that was “starting to efface”. This week I’m 50% effaced and 1cm dilated. I’ve had plenty of prodromal labor and a couple times of thinking it’s early labor but it fizzles out 🙄

My midwife wasn’t able to do a sweep as I wasn’t soft enough but I’ve been doing tons of squats lately including today and took a 2 mile walk then did the miles circuit and some nipple stimulation.

It’s 7 hours since my appointment and I’m now having some pink tinged discharge. I know it could be from the check but I’m soooo hoping it’s a sign of me dilating more. Still having the BH/prodromal labor type contractions so who knows maybe I can kick it into early labor
