Possible or not?

So I’m 10w PP and around 4w after I felt fine to have sex again and Ik all the reasons to y u should wait 6-8w but I felt fine so I’ve been having sex since and we’ve been just using the pull out method and I’ve been having nausea every time I eat, bad acid reflux, headaches almost like I did In the beginning of my pregnancy. My bf says he never came inside of me and I feel like I’m going crazy cuz Idn if it’s possible to get pregnant this soon. If I am again Its not a bad thing we wanted another so no hate comments plz.
