I have really bad anxiety and mood swings, and I am pms’ing rn and thats not helping with this.

My ldr boyfriend of almost two years(super excited:)) is going to the mall and hanging out with a girl for most of saturday. I am so stupidly clingy, but I am working on it and I’ve gotten so much better, but aaaahhh I can’t get the thought out of my head that it seems like he’s spending more time with this female friend of his in college than with me;( Now, he needs to go to the mall for new shoes and a haircut, and she’s the closest friend he has that has a liscense. I just..feel weird and uncomfortable with this.

Of course, when he first talked to me about it I told him I was fine with it but I can tell I’m going to get a lot of anxiety from it. I feel very envious of her and him, and I know they’re just friends but I can’t help but wish he would’ve asked a guy friend or taken a lyft... what if it turns into a date;(?

Not just that but we’ve been trying to play video-games together and he gets really busy, I mean he’s a college kid with homework so its understandable. He’ll be free Sunday though, and he’s going to the beach with her and other friends. Last time he went he disrespected my feelings and went even though I felt super uncomfortable with it because there he thought there’d be 6 other girls with him and his other guy friend. We worked it out, and now he’s going again.

I want to play with him, it’s the only activity we have in our ldr that we can fully interact. I told him if we never ended up playing this week, and he came late on Sunday I would be upset because I thought he wants to play since we haven’t in a while, but now he prefers going to the beach with his new friends than use his free time to be with me;(

I will note I have horrible anxiety and it definitely adds to these feelings, but the thing is I can’t help it and I don’t know if I should tell him my feelings or hold back and let him live his life w/out me...

I also don’t know a lot about relationships... This is my first serious one, and I’m trying to understand whether these feelings are bad or not. Do I have the right to tell him not to go somewhere? If he doesn’t respect those feelings, is that bad of him or am I overstepping?
