Fupa after weight loss still?

Soooooo this is weird but I’ve got a fupa and was hoping if I lost weight it would get smaller.... I follow this girl who lost almost 200 lbs and she had the same question saying that hers hasn’t changed at all?!? 
Is this true that if you gotta fupa it’s always a fupa?!

So my plastic surgeon told me that sometimes the only way to get it gone with out losing a crazy amount of weight is surgery.

It will eventually go away with weight loss, but that tends to be a more stubborn area. Generally, areas where extra padding is more important will be more stubborn (your stomach being one of those areas since the fat and muscle is the only protection for your organs). But everyone's body is different. When I lose weight it always comes off my face and boobs first (I lost over 50 pounds a few years ago and the first thing that happened was I lost 2 cup sizes but was still fat lol) stomach was the last to go, which was really annoying, but there isnt much you can do about it. Working out the muscles in that area can help encourage your body (a little bit) to pull fat from those areas, but it honestly won't make a massive difference.
