I NEED HELP/ADVICE PLEASE

Anyone’s period that was around August 8th that took a test recently and it was positive? I’m having all the pregnancy symptoms of: sore/tender breast, lost of appetite, pelvic pressure, cramping on my sides, AND brown/pinkish discharge only yesterday only seen when I wiped (none today) but I’m afraid to test 😩🤦🏾‍♀️
