Feeling Guilty
So I started my pregnancy weighing 225 (had just lost almost 50 pounds which is why I think I was finally able to get pregnant in the first place). I’m 23 weeks now and I’ve already gained 25 pounds!
I know I should be eating better but I’m honestly craving everything under the sun and am always hungry. I also haven’t been exercising as much due to body aches and pains.
I just feel so guilty because I want to be healthy for my baby girl and I know I could be doing better. It’s just so hard. And I have the glucose test next week which I’m freaking out about because the last thing I want is gestational diabetes.
Any moms out there in the same boat or have any advice for me? I’m feeling pretty low right now.
