Does anyone know fathers who have won full custody of their children outside of abuse? My bf has a court date coming up and wants to get full custody. Basically, she moved out of state (a while ago) without his permission, there is educational neglect going on, she is alienating him from his daughter, has filed a false protection order saying that the child is scared of him which was proven false at the last court date, he has been called everyday and texting her to speak to his daughter since may, shes not attempting to co parent with him.

He has a lawyer but his lawyer isnt very aggressive what are his chances of winning and do u guys have any tips? Thanks!
