Crying for 3+ hours a day

My once happy baby is now crying for 3-4 hours a day and inconsolable. He is almost 15 week, exclusively fed pumped breastmilk and has reflux. I think we are in the midst of the four month sleep regression and it is literal HELL.

He is happy in the morning and as the day progresses, his naps get worse and worse and he cries more and more. His last two naps were 14 minutes each and he won’t even eat. Only at 13oz total today. I’ve cried more the last two days than I have his whole life. Thank god it’s the weekend and my husband has taken over more. Please pray for us. This f’in sucks.
