What will happen if you don’t pump 8-10 times a day as recommended by hospital? Will your milk dry out quick? I only pump maybe 3-4 times a day will I still be able to provide breast milk for a year like I want with only pumping 3-4times thru out the day??

I never pumped 8-10 times a day. I worked full time but breastfed at home. I pumped at the most 5 times a day, normally 4...maybe twice a day on weekends to have extra milk during the week

It depends on if your nursing too? I have been breastfeeding over 14 months, and I've only pumped 8-10 times that entire time and that milk is still in my freezer 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Depends on your supply. May just make your breasts be engorged, may make your supply drop. I'd suggest maybe adding a suppliment or lactation tea to your routine to keep the supply up if that's what you want.
