Please help me >.<

I’m getting so irritated! I had my period ( 1st one since having my baby 2 and a half years ago) I had it 5 days and then bled hard for another day a week later and then again tonight I just started bleeding a lot ( more than spotting). Wtf is going on ? I’ve been so emotional and crying and getting depressed and I couldn’t figure out why and now I’m bleeding yet again. I’m so over this.... should I talk to my dr ? I’m still breastfeeding at night and taking the mini pill
