Is this normal???

I feel like we all wonder if things are normal in pregnancy, am I right?? I have a few myself. I sometimes get this cold/burning sensation in my lower abdomen, have you ever gotten this? What is it? I also get this weird pulling/ stretching near my urethra, not all the time just occasionally. I’ve had three miscarriages before this so I am extra paranoid this time around. I am 11 weeks 5days by the way.
