Implantation bleeding?

Hi, I am 18dpo.  Got positive for straight 3 days. Had nightmares last night and when I woke up this morning I wiped down there and got this. Sorry but is this implantation bleeding or something else. I am scared to death.

I’m sorry, this looks like what happened when I had a chemical pregnancy.  Fingers crossed the bleeding stops and it’s just a bit of pregnancy bleeding.  I hope it all works out well.

Implantation bleeding happens before your positive pregnancy test. It is possible to have old blood (usually brow ) show up after the implantation, but generally red is first signs of a miscarriage. Particularly coupled with cramping. It would be worth requesting some HCG blood draws (3 days apart) to verify. Sending you hugs and well wishes ❤❤❤
