IUD!!??

Question

I have the copper IUD ive had it for over a year now 
I have never missed a period however this month i spotted for about a week but no period i am now 7 days late ..
Extreme backaches, super hungry, peeing ALOT, heart burn, tired and lots of gas 
Anyone experience this on the COPPER IUD??!?

Yes I experienced some of these, and my period fluctuated a lot also in the first year so don’t be too worried also a side effect from having the copper IUD is that you may not get your period at all, at least that’s what my Gyno told me.
