Labor contractions ?

So I woke up to having some contractions so I laid there for an hour & half timing them playing spades , 8ball pool , anyways this is my 4th child , they where an average 7 mins apart , around 5-10 mins apart . I googled & it said to walk around & see if it goes away so I got up & they are now about 10 mins apart or so . But still coming . Should I go to hospital ? I am positive for GBS as well . Or wait it out another while it’s 7am here & im extremely tired so I don’t wanna walk anymore . Lol . Been up since 5am . I was 3cm dilated as of 8/26 .
