Sperm analysis

My husband has a sperm analysis on Tuesday which is 3 days away. The clinic said to not have sex for 3 days beforehand. However the last time we did was on Sunday (that time of month plus busy week) so when his appointment comes around it’ll be 9 days since we had sex. Does anyone know if it’s bad to have it have been that long for his test? Not sure if we’d be better off bd now three days before or just leaving it so it’ll be 9 days since. Maybe I’m overthinking it too!
