Tampon help
Am I dumb or something?? I am trying to make the transition from pads to tampons and every time I try and put one in it’s uncomfortable or hurts. I’ve successfully got it in once but I literally had to lay down, this is so embarrassing. Does anybody have some tips to help me out ?
