Postpartum uterine infection?

Has anyone here have or had this? I think I might be getting it. I woke up at 4-5am with so much pain in my pelvic and lower stomach. I called the on call dr. At my obgyn office because pain was so bad I was shivering but have no fever or heavy bleeding so she told me to take ibuprofen because she thinks I’m just swollen with my body trying to go back to normal. I took the ibuprofen and it’s dulled the pain but it’s still there and it’s sensitive to the touch. I called again talked to a different dr. Told him I just had a UTI but took my last antibiotics last night and that I am still in pain and I was doing good till last night. He told me he doesn’t think it’s my UTI and it wouldn’t come back that fast. Also told me to see my dr. Monday and to try to hold out till then unless I develop a fever or heavy bleeding. Which I looked up and if this happens then I do have a uterine infection. So basically I’m staying on my ibuprofen and resting and taking epsom salt baths.
