Confident in a grocery store

Hi

So today I went to my local grocery store by myself to get pads for the first time ( I’m 15 years old).

Usually I am really shy and embarrassed and just a well.... award nervous wreck. Even though I know it’s not that big of a deal. I brought my mom along because I know she would beat up/ give a death stare/ talk rudely to anyone she saw judging me. Although I realized that I can’t keep just relying on my mom, so I went by self with all the confidence I had. And proudly bought my self some pads....and comfort food for my cramps Without any feelings of embarrassment.

I’m so proud of myself :)
