Help please

This morning everything was fine, there were no problems but I just noticed a small bump or lump outside my vagina like in between my vag and the anus. It doesn’t hurt and I feel no symptoms, it doesn’t look like a razor bump or anything like that. I am simply wondering if anyone knows what it is or if I need to go visit a doctor.
