Possibly pregnant

Hi guys never done this before but seeking advise I think I might be pregnant I've been gaining weight and my boobs have gone up 2 cup sizes and are tender I've had some light spotting and I'm due my period any day now but no sign so far. Bad back pain and nausea in the mornings and don't get me started with the mood swings.

But I'm way too scared to do the test on my own and my partner is away at the minute having some daddy daughter time with his daughter from a previous relationship.

Any advise he sort of knows cause he's noticed some changes.
