Stupid midwife

Just need a wee rant I'm 37 + 2 last week I had a hospital check up due to babys limited movement and not sure if my waters broke they did heaps of test baby was fine but one test came back and I had an infection so they put me on antibiotics and sent me home I've been in horrible pain the last few days almost like contractions but irregular I called my midwife to tell her and she told me I was fine and I would know when I needed her due to this being baby number 4 even tho I explained to her this pain is like nothing I've had before with any of my babies.. today any movement from myself or baby hurts I can not get comfy in any position it just hurts but my midwife keeps telling me I'm fine... What does it take for them to realize no I'm fine
