My husband and I are 25 and 28 and have sex once or MAYBE twice a week (when we arent trying to concieve). Whatever amount makes you two happy is enough!  😂

It wouldn’t be what I’d want, but honestly were in our 20s and thats similar to how much we’re having such right now. We’re currently working different shifts, so he doesn’t get home until 2-3am and I have to be up at 6:30, so I don’t see him a lot of days (I don’t really count seeing him come to bed bc I’m still half asleep). I’m hoping once shifts change again it’ll get better, but we also have a baby on the way and I doubt our sex life will improve with a newborn lmao

That’s about as often as we do it. I’d like to do it more. We just get so busy, and then so tired.

There is no one size fits all answer, and it isn't age based in any case. If you are both satisfied then it is enough, otherwise it's not and you and your partner should talk about it and see if you can find a compromise. 
The only caveat to this is if, as another commenter mentioned, you are ttc in which case you should try for more sex at least around ovulation.
