Help!!! Snowsuit Size??

Question

For all my Mama’s who live in winter climates! Do you size up when buying a snowsuit? My little is 77cm the 12 month size is 80cm while the 18 month size is 86cm. She will be wearing it October through March (Canadian winter!) so I need it to at least last the season. I’m thinking the 18 month size. If she stays on her growth curve she should be about 80cm in November. I just worry about being able to walk in a suit that’s to big!

I would go with 18 month if she will wear that long.

My experience is that winter clothes run big in sizes. My 2year old used his size 86 winter suit when he used size 92/98 in regular clothes. 
Not sure what brands you are looking at, but brands like Reima already adds Inn 6cm extra in their sizing. 
Not sure how the winters are where you are, but I can highly recommend the winter rain suit from kattnakken if you live where you can have periods of snow and rain at the same time.

I bought my daughter a 24m snowsuit. She is tiny and will be 2 in December. Hoping by the end of winter it fits! She still fits her 12-18m one piece from last year 🤦‍♀️

I size up for my daughter. I've had to roll up the legs on snow pants at the beginning of winter October/November and by the end of winter I don't need to.
I just don't want to buy a second snow suit half way through winter.
