Hemorrhoids

Okay idk if this is a hemorrhoid or anal fissure.

In the last maybe 3 day when I poop there is blood in the toilet. And literally just now I pooped and there was blood and when I wiped there was a small clot. So at my anus there is a part that is a little puffy, I looked with a mirror after. But it is a part close to the perineum (which things there got crazy puffy when I gave birth). I am 9 weeks post partum and this literally just happened.

Currently I have gone back to taking stool softeners and will try to guzzle more water and eat more fibrous foods. So that hopefully it has chance to heal.

Should I message my OBGYN about this?
