5 weeks 5 days

Going based off first day of last period I am 5 weeks 5days. I have had no symptoms whatsoever.... my doctors office is in a different stare so they have been having me do quantitative draws here. Monday I was at 101 by Wednesday I was at 275. I haven’t gotten Friday’s results. I know my progesterone was extremely low so they started me on that. Should I be concerned or is this normal? My first pregnancy I had symptoms almost immediately but at around 10 weeks miscarried
