I'm 4 1/2 months pp and can't believe how much hair I'm losing still... handfuls each day.  Wondering how much longer this will last 🤔

This is something NO ONE warned me about!! I get so upset about it because my hair is my favorite physical feature, it sucks. I hope it stops soon 😩😭

Yip, I clean my brush daily 😓 I was worried about the amount, so dr did some bloods which were all normal 😦

I only started losing my hair a couple weeks ago, so I’m still losing a lot right now. I think it only seems like so much because I hardly lost any hair at all during pregnancy, so now it’s just getting back to its regular thickness.
