I got these flex menstrual cups and idk if it’s just me or if it’s just to big but I gives me bad cramps and I feel extra bloated and kinda crappy. But I can’t tell if it’s cause of the flex or it’s just my period.

This always helps with my feeling malaise. However, feeling discomfort with a cup is commonly associated with a tilted uterus. Not sure if that’s the case for you or not, but if it’s offered in varying sizes try a smaller one to see if that helps. If not, I would talk to your OB. Both about possibly having a tilted uterus or any other irritant going on as well as recommended brands and such
