INGROWN BUTT HAIR HELP!

I shaved EVERYTHING before I lost my virginity to my boyfriend (I usually only shave my vagina and ignore the butt region) but this time I shaved my butthairs (right by the hole) cuz it was last minute and wax salons had closed.

I noticed I had discomfort with my underwear today and I thought it was just the fabric rubbing my skin and irritating it but then I went to check the area from curiosity and it’s an ingrown hair lump. Any way to deal with this? Or ingrown hair prevention and how to deal with the actual ingrown hair?
