7days late, -hpt, periods were normalized

I'm crying. What's wrong with my body? I had a missed miscarriage in early June at 9weeks so I had a d&c. My period came back super fast. I've had two periods not including the few days of bleeding from the d&c and some spotting.

I'm now 7 days late and negative on pregnancy test. Maybe there was a faint line but I honestly think I'm just seeing the indent.

I'm really scared something is wrong. I'm 37 and my periods have alway been regular right up til I got pregnant this year. i could time them. Anybody else have this? I'm so frightened. Even if I ovulated late, I should have had it by now. My usual ovulation spotting happened 18 days ago (I'm on daily aspirin, so I bleed easily)
