Is this a lip tie?

So everyone has been posting about lip tie. About how it hinders toddlers from talking or eating well. About having missed it and speech therapy.

And so it got me curious since my son neither talks nor enjoys eating. He loves to drink rather. I decided to check him and boy did he give me a fight for it. Hope the only picture I managed to get is clear enough. Guys what do you think?

Am shaking right now because it looks like the photos I have seen here about lip ties. Or am I just getting paranoid? I checked myself and mine doesn't look like this. I feel if this is a tongue tie, I feel bad that I didn't know anything about it and could have saved us a lot. It gave me shivers pulling up his lip because I felt it could tear. All advice is welcome if this is a tongue tie. I feel like it just developed or STH, I had never noticed it. And yet again, I wasn't looking up his gummies.
