Baby buddah breast pump

Moms using baby buddah breast pump how on earth do you do it? I have a medela in style and a spectra. I've been using mostly spectra s1 to pump 8 times a day. I wanted something smaller for during the day so I can clean and move around the house so I order the baby buddah. I set it up and pressed the on button and it nearly suck the soul out of me! Level 1 suction is just so strong I could not go up to level 2. That little machine is so strong im going to need some time to adjust and get use to it. My husband started laughing at my reaction I yanked the pumps of my breast and nearly threw them while screaming. That suction was so unexpected. I get to a 7 sometimes up to 9 on spectra vacuum level and 5 the highest on the expression mode. The baby buddah pump is something serious. Anyways has any moms used the buddah with freemie cup? Im looking into it
