Period cramps and annoying children

Omg so I take bc pills and my period has lighten up but this month omggggg the pains my cramps are horrible today and I’m a stay at home mom both my kids age 4 and 10 months are acting extra active today these pains are killing me I just wanna lay in bed and cry but both kids are running around the house any tips on what I can do ? Btw my 4 year old is acting super bad today throwing fits and all I don’t have the energy to get up today
