Car Seat Recommendations

FTM so I have zero experience with car seats. I think it’s about time for my little guy to upgrade out of the carrier. I’m looking at convertible seats that will grow with him.

I am leaning towards the Graco 4Ever DXL seat, but would definitely take some other suggestions before I make my final decision. I like the thought of the DXL, but I don’t know if I am just being drawn to the bells and whistles that may not be necessary. Also, does anyone recommend getting a second seat for my husband’s car or are they easy to move between the cars?
