Why does this happen?

Sometimes after sex I will be bleeding out of my vagina and sometimes after fingering myself or my boyfriend fingering me I will have blood come from my vagina like a light colored blood, i’m worried it could be sometime serious but it doesn’t feel like a cut or anything and the blood for the sex could be from lack of lubricant but even when i’m wet there will be blood sometimes
