What you guys think do I have a chance 🤞🏽

Hello ladies this cycle is my first time trying famera 2.5 2x a day w/ trigger shot and Estradiol to thicken my lining. My doctors also have been monitoring my follicles and I had one on my right ovary measuring 21mm and a couple on my left measuring 11,10,&9 Below is a picture of my Opks calendar & sonogram reports. The Sonos are two days apart. Follicles and lining thickened pretty fast. I triggered on Monday 8/24 not sure how long after did I ovulate but I’m praying this works. I have PCOS so it’s been a rollercoaster for me. I have been trying for 2 years. Any of you ladies had any successful pregnancy with this method.
