Is my baby teething at 15 weeks old?

He’s 15 weeks in 2 days and for the past 5 days he’s hardly been napping, is very irritable when he used to only cry when hungry, and wakes up about 3 times a night when he was consistently sleeping 8-10 hours at night uninterrupted. drooling a lot and is biting toys.

I feel like he’s teething but at the same time I feel dumb thinking that when he’s only 3 months old! 4 months on 9/20
