Amenorrhea

Every other month I miss my cycle and I'm concerned that the pcos diagnosis will ultimately prevent me from being able to conceive. I've tried metformin but stopped because my levels were too low, too often and due to the recall (didn't want to take any extra risks).I've tried birth control but became uncomfortable as it didn't seem to help on a consistent basis. Are there any special quirks to stimulate ovulation and to enable consistent menstrual cycles.😟
