Spit up

I KNOW ALL BABIES SPIT UP

For the last two days, my boy has spit up a large amount of what looks like pretty much straight up milk right after eating. He’s not nursing for any longer than he always has, so I don’t think it’s that he’s full and it just comes up. He doesn’t seem to be in pain or upset. He isn’t crying and then it comes.

I’m just wondering why this may be happening and I’m worried he may be not getting enough nutrition since it seems it’s all coming back out. Any ideas?
