Fertility

I’ve had multiple miss carriages... I was told that carrying past my first trimester would be a miracle... then I had my son 3 years ago. I’m currently pregnant... early early... since I have prior reproductive issues, I’m scared if I abort, I may not be able to have another later on.... is it safe/okay? Since my bodies already so messed up, will it affect me further? Help! I don’t know if I want to go through with this
