Baby Hates the Car Seat?

Hi ladies,

Looking for some words of wisdom, here. I had to take my son to an appointment about a half hour away - previously, we’ve gone about 5-10 minutes in the car, and he’s been totally fine. However, this ride was VERY different, and we will have to be making it again and again. He cried, and cried, and cried with a lot of urgency almost the entire way there and back. I took breaks, checked his diaper, changed his pants (incase the waist band was too tight), checked the car seat straps, pumped the AC more, then turned it down, turned on white noise, and gave him a bottle before returning home incase he was hungry. So, I’m guessing he either hates the car seat, or maybe feels car sick?

Anyone been through this and have any ideas as to how to help him soothe?
