Period? Or blood from sex?

Hi everyone, my period is supposed to start tomorrow 🤞🏼

My boyfriend and I had sex today at around 4 pm. When I had gone to the bathroom after we were done I had noticed there was a tiny bit of blood but I figured it was because we went pretty hard. I’m home now and I went to the bathroom at 8:30 and still noticed a bit of blood. I swear it is the TINIEST amount but it’s blood and that for sure. Anyways since it’s been 4 and a half hours and it hasn’t stopped I’m starting to wonder if it is blood from sex or if my period has started? I’m really really hoping it’s my period but I’m not sure.
