Help😬

Hey all! I was 6 days late with my period and In those 6 days I experienced mild cramping and sore boobs. I took a test and it came out negative.. On the 7th day I started my period and I just feel different this time. I have no cramps, etc. It literally feel like Im not even on my period, not bloated etc. It started out a light pink with a little brown here and there and has kept that for the past 2 days. I had little blood clots at some points nothing major. But when I go wipe there’s no blood, only in my tampon. Could this be my period or implantation??
